An n8n workflow that finds companies in business registries, job portals and other sources, finds contacts and sends a personal email.
The starting point
Web agencies and service businesses spend a lot on ads or hours of manual searching to find new clients. The goal was a system that finds suitable companies by itself and reaches out to them.
What we built
We built an n8n workflow that runs every 15 minutes and picks one of six sources: Google Maps, the Estonian business register and Inforegister, CV-Keskus (companies that are hiring), LinkedIn, Äripäev and Google Search. Contact details are found for each company.
AI writes a personal email for each company and it is sent automatically. All results are saved to a database and a Discord notification follows every send or error. The workflow is built to keep AI costs and server load low.
